Shipping policy
We take pride in customer satisfaction at Okie Roots Clothing Company and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund, less shipping costs. As long as items are postmarked back to us within 30 days of receiving (based on USPS tracking numbers), we will refund your method of payment. Any requests made after 31 days will NOT be eligible for a refund, return, credit, or exchange of ANY KIND. Once again, merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached and If you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the refund form from your original order. Your new order will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 16 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

U.S. SHIPPING
We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders are usually processed and leave our store within 2 business days of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. Expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days from your order date. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it's left our store, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package.
If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us to correct this ASAP. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders!
